Our Beerstory
We love beer at Phayamas - and it’s no secret that we love sharing this passion with our guests. From Phayamas Pale Ale to our sour ales and beyond, each of our craft beers is brewed with precision and care.
Our resident brewer, Taey, has over 10 years of hands-on experience working in breweries, bars, and as a beer judge. His attention to detail and creative spirit shine through with each new batch and flavor profile.
Tiki Cocktails
At Phayamas, we are serious about our drinks. We carefully select both local and small batch alcohol to create a curated menu of cocktails that shines with our fresh local ingredients.
Sustainability is key in our bar. To limit waste we order alcohol in 20 liter totes and none of our cocktails use single-use material.
